can vary greatly, depending on the menu you
choose and the type of event you want to
hold. Chef Dan Leff will consult with you
to determine all the details that go into
the quote for your event. Details to bear
in mind include:
- How many courses will you want?
- What types of menu items will you want?
- Will the event involve plated courses?
Buffet-style platters? Passed hors d'oeuvres?
- Will your event be more casual, or more
formal?
- How many servers would you like, and
in what roles (table service, bar)?
- How long will you want your event to
run?
- Will you want to rent any furnishings
(tables, chairs, plates and platters, glasses,
flatware)?
