A word on pricing... It is our privilege to work with you to take pricing matters “off your plate.” Determinations are made according to your menu choices and the type of event you are planning.
Details to bear in mind include:
- How many courses will you want?
- What types of menu items will you want?
- Will the event involve plated courses?
Buffet-style platters? Passed hors d'oeuvres?
- Will your event be more casual, or more
formal?
- How many servers would you like, and
in what roles (table service, bar)?
- How long will you want your event to
run?
- Will you want to rent any furnishings
(tables, chairs, plates and platters, glasses,
flatware)?
